On September 20, 2017, the United States District Court for
the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division issued the final judgment order as to Creative Learning Corporation (the
“Company”), in the Civil Action No. 3:17-cv-00954-TJC-JRK, which was previously disclosed in the Company’s Current
Report on Form 8-K filed with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission on September 1, 2017. The entering of the
final judgment order has resolved all allegations pertaining to the Company.
On September 21, 2017, the
Company filed a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of
Florida, Jacksonville Division, in its lawsuit against Blake and Anik Furlow relating to their conduct in the shareholder
consent. The Company filed the complaint on May 15, 2017, and after consideration, decided
it was not in the best interest of the Company to proceed with the litigation.
