GamePlan, Inc. Announces Closing of Merger with VPartments, Inc. and Renames New Subsidiary VDigs, Inc.

The previously announced merger of GamePlan, Inc. (OTCBB: GPLA)
and VPartments, Inc. has been completed, according to reports from
the combined company. The stock for stock acquisition was followed
up with a re-branding of the new social commerce subsidiary as
"VDigs, Inc.” The CEO, Robert Berry, stated, “We are all very
excited about the consummation of this merger, and we're looking
forward to being a significant part of the future of online
socialization with the VDigs portal. We welcome everyone looking
for a real social networking experience to move on into new
