More and more technology institutes and businesses around the world are accepting cryptocurrency as means of payment or settlement of debts. Among the notable businesses and tech companies that recently accept cryptocurrency as means of settling debt include two Ukrainian tech giants: Techno Izhak and Stylus. These companies have retail outlets that allow customers to pay for products and services using crypto such as Bitcoin. Payment for products can be done via online means where it is necessary or Point-of-Sales devices designed for cryptocurrency payment.

WhiteBit is the largest crypto exchange platform and FinTech company in Europe. They are providing the companies’ outlets with Point-Of-Sales services. This POS service is known as WhitePay. Whenever payments are made via crypto, the WhitePay P.O.S prints a receipt that carries QR attached to it. Other information that includes commission, type of transaction, exchange rate and other information is to be contained in the receipt.

Cryptocurrencies have played an important economical role in Ukraine and in Russia, especially during the ongoing war between these two countries. Apart from the crypto industries playing important role in Ukraine and Russia, many companies and businesses have adopted crypto as part of the means of payment.
