Division I ORA Power Ranking, placing them 23rd on the 2024 NMHC 50
Largest Apartment Managers list for best online reputation in the

The ORA® Power Ranking is based on monthly online reputation
research of over 140,000 communities nationwide across various
review sites and internet listing services. Using a statistical
model, J Turner Research assigns an independent ORA® Score to each
property on a scale of 0–100. The ORA® Score was developed to
simplify how online reputation is measured and serves as the
multifamily industry standard.
To qualify for the Division I ORA® Power Ranking, a company must
be featured in the NMHC Top 50 Managers List, and the top 25
companies are determined based on their ORA® Scores as of
April 2024. DF's scored a companywide
ORA® of 68.88 in the 2024 ranking. In addition, nine apartment
communities, managed by Drucker + Falk were featured in the Elite
1% ORA Power Ranking announced earlier this year.
