announced that it will hold its annual general meeting (the "AGM")
at 4/F Jingmeng High-Tech Building B, No. 5 Shangdi East Road,
Haidian District, Beijing, P.R.C.,
on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at
10:00 am (Beijing time), for the purposes of considering
and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution:
ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS at the AGM:
- To consider and approve the re-election of Mr. Michael Elyakim as a Class III Director of the
Board of Directors of the Company for a new three-year term.
Holders of record of ordinary shares of the Company at the close
of business on November 30, 2015 are
entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the AGM or any adjournment
or postponement thereof. Holders of the Company's American
depositary shares ("ADSs") who wish to exercise their voting rights
for the underlying ordinary shares must act through the depositary
of the Company's ADS program, Deutsche Bank Trust Company
Americas.
The notice of the AGM, which sets forth the resolutions to be
submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM, will be available
on November 25, 2015 on the
