  Emblaze-VCON announces major enhancements to group and desktop video systems


HD4000 and vPoint V.8 expand performance capabilities with ISDN, 4CIF and Vista

Ra'anana, April 23, 2007: ZONE-IP Ltd (LSE: ZIP.L) announces that its group
company, Emblaze-VCON, a leading provider of video communications technologies
and conferencing solutions for operators, broadcasters and corporate enterprise
markets over IP networks, today announced the release of group system HD4000
version 8 and desktop system vPoint version 8, providing users with major
performance enhancements.
With a competitive list price and an unlimited site license option Emblaze-VCON
HD4000 and vPoint V.8 provide customers a significant cost to performance
improvement over existing solutions through:

   *4CIF native analog video at 30 frames/second 4BRI ISDN
   *G722.1 Annex C (Siren 14 standard version) DSL asymmetric bandwidth
    setting Windows Vista
   *Dual screen support.
   *USB web camera HD resolution support
   *Faster presentation transmission
   *New license server and dongle-less version

For HD4000 V.8 only:

   *Dual DVI display
   *16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio
