Pursuant  to Chapter 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company announces that it was  notified
that  on  August 11, 2008 Peter Marrone, Chairman, CEO & Director of the Company exercised 30,000 stock options
at  a  price  of CDN$3.08 and received 30,000 common shares of the Company.  In addition, on August  11,  2008,
200,000 common shares were sold at a price of CDN$10.41 and 70,000 common shares sold for CDN$10.03.
