Notification under Section 198 Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification today from AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd on
behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies informing it that they are interested
in a total of 6,729,549 shares (10.99%) of which 12,200 shares (0.01%) represent
a beneficial interest and 6,717,349 shares (10.98%) a non-beneficial interest of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
