Suspension Request 
 
 
As indicated in announcements made by the Company on 12 March 2009 and 30 March 
2009, the Board believes that further restructuring of the business is required 
in response to the continuing low levels of sales and order intake. 
 
 
It has now become clear to the Board that the Company is unlikely to be able to 
raise the additional finance which, as previously announced, the Directors have 
been seeking in order to implement a restructuring plan. The Company has now 
begun discussions with its bankers as to the options which may still be 
available to the Group. 
 
 
The Board of Thomas Walker has therefore requested suspension of trading in its 
ordinary shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, pending 
completion of these further discussions with its bankers and clarification of 
the Group's financial position. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made as soon as the Company is in a position to 
do so.
