                  Loan Note Conversion and Additional Listing

Wigmore has received notification from Artisan (UK) plc ("Artisan") of the
conversion of #175,000 of its #600,000 Loan Note in the Company. Artisan has
converted #175,000 into 10,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company, based on
the 30 June 2003 open offer price of 1.75p. The Company will make application
for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM and dealings
are expected to commence on Monday 15 September 2003.
