    Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to
Shareholders by the Board were duly passed.  

    Speaking at the meeting, Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman said: "Further to the Interim Management Statement announced in August, I am
pleased to reiterate that overall the business has made a good start to the new financial year.  We are alert to the challenges presented by
the broader economic environment and their impact on specific markets, but we continue to benefit from the diversity of markets that we
serve."
