director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 12 October 2022 at an average price of GBP5.85 per share
(for an aggregate price of GBP29,265.47).
Following this purchase, Sarah Arkle holds 9,696 ordinary shares
in the Company.
