The Board of Screen is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin John
Brayshaw as a director of the Company with effect from 13 January 1998.

arrangements or any composition or arrangement with creditors generally or any
class of creditors, where he was a director or partner at the time of or
within the 12 months preceding such events.

vi  He has not in relation to any asset or any partnership of which he has
been a partner suffered any appointment of a receiver (where in the case of a
partnership he was a partner at that time or within 12 months preceding such
event).

vii He has not been the subject of any public criticism by any statutory or
regulatory body (including recognised professional bodies) or ever been
disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting
in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.
