Screen Plc announces that it yesterday agreed to issue 2 million ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 15.0p, conditional upon the
admission of the shares to trading on AIM.

Application will be made for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM.

The funds have been raised for the purpose of pursuing business expansion
opportunities.
