NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP 
 
 
ORDINARY SHARES

On 28 October 2009, the Company received notification from The Goldman Sachs 
Group, Inc. ("GS") that on 26 October 2009, following the acquisition by Nufcor 
International Limited ("NIL") of a further 660,535 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the total direct holding by NIL amounted to 
3,960,535 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.60% of the total voting rights. 
 
 
NIL is also the holder of an option to acquire 2,475,000 new Ordinary Shares in 
the Company, representing 5.66% of the enlarged total voting rights. NIL is a 
wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.), which is an 
indirect controlled undertaking of GS. 
 
 
As at 4 November 2009, there are a total of 41,250,000 Ordinary Shares in issue. 
There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury, therefore there are a total of
