Trading update 
 
 
Ultimate Finance Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM-quoted factoring, invoice 
discounting and financial solutions provider to the SME sector, is pleased to 
provide a trading update for the 6 months to December 2009. 
 
 
Unaudited results for the six months ended 31 December are in line to meet 
market expectations for the full year. Trading has been good, with demand for 
the Company's services remaining strong. The quality of enquiries seen by the 
Company has increased, and as such, so has the quality of the business the 
Company has written. 
 
 
The Company anticipates announcing its interim results for the 6 months to 
December 2009 in the week commencing 15 March 2010.
