At a meeting of the board of directors on 14th March, 75,000 options were
granted by Ultimate Finance Group PLC ("UFG") under the Company Share Option
Plan to Shane Horsell at an exercise price of 23.75p. The options can be
exercised from the third anniversary of the date of grant.
