Ultimate Finance Group plc, the cash flow financing company, will announce
interim results for the six months to 31st December 2005 on the 13th March
2006.

Since joining AIM in June 2002, Ultimate has demonstrated strong turnover
growth and moved into profitability in the year ended June 2005.

The company has maintained its good progress in the first half and looks
forward to reporting continued substantial growth in its customer base.
