Issue of Equity

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 7 November it allotted and issued 4,703,731 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 167.9p and 174.1p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 25 July 2017. This brings the total raised to date to approximately GBP27.4 million after costs.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 9 November 2017.

Following this allotment, the Company now has 115,472,281 Ordinary Shares in issue.
