TAYLOR WOODROW CONCLUDES BROMLEY HOSPITALS' NHS TRUST PFI DEAL

Taylor Woodrow this afternoon signed contracts with Bromley Hospitals' NHS
Trust  for a major new hospital for Bromley. The scheme is, to date, the
second largest PFI hospital scheme in England and Wales to be signed and will
cost #150 million to build.  

Construction work begins immediately, with the new hospital, to be built at
Farnborough in Kent,  completed by the winter of 2002.
