Correction re: Result of GM/ Capital Reorganisation 
 
 
This announcement replaces the announcement under the heading 'Result of GM/ 
Capital Reorganisation' (RNS number 2967N) released at 11.57 on 13 February 
2008. The Company's ordinary shares of 0.1p each will commence trading at 8:00 
am on Monday 16 February 2009.

The Board of Twenty, the AIM quoted integrated marketing solutions provider, is 
pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at the Company's 
General Meeting ("GM") held today were duly passed. 
 
 
The Company therefore confirms that, pursuant to the announcement released on 21 
January 2009 and the passing of the relevant resolution at the GM today, the 
proposed Capital Reorganisation has been approved by shareholders. 
 
 
Following the Capital Reorganisation, the Company's authorised share capital 
remains at GBP8,000,000 comprising 3,221,210,600 ordinary shares and 48,270,600 
deferred shares. The issued share capital will comprise 48,270,600 ordinary 
shares and 48,270,600 deferred shares. Following the issue of the consideration 
shares in relation to the purchase of the entire issued share capital of 
Emaginating Limited, Twenty's issued share capital will comprise 55,070,600 
ordinary shares which is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the 
share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
 
 
The Company's ordinary shares of 0.1p each will commence trading at 8:00 am on 
Monday 16 February 2009 under ISIN GB00B0BYS847.
