                      Notice of 1999 preliminary results
                                       
Total Systems plc, the UK software group specialising in the writing
and  supply  of  its own software and services to customers primarily  in  the
pension  funds  management and insurance sectors, wish  to  inform  interested
parties  that their preliminary results in respect of the year ended 31  March
1999 will be announced to The London Stock Exchange on Thursday 1 July 1999.

An analyst and press briefing by Terry Bourne, chairman, and Granville Harris,
