The   directors  of  Total  Systems  plc  ("Total"),  the  UK  software  group
specialising  in  the writing and supply of its own software and  services  to
customers  primarily  in the pension funds management and  insurance  sectors,
announce  with  immediate  effect that they have appointed  Bell  Lawrie  Wise
Speke,  a  division of Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd., as Total's new Sponsor,
Financial Adviser and Corporate Stockbroker.
