CONFIRMATION OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

Subsequent to our recent Regulatory Announcement number 8663A, dated 25th July
2007, regarding the Preliminary Results for Triple Point VCT Plc, this is to
confirm that the dividend payment date is 17th September 2007.

Dividends will be paid to all shareholders who were on the Register as at 
31st August 2007.
