                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ("AIM").

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of C warrants.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 26 June 2007 on AIM.
