The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Rodney Owen Channon ("Rod")
as the Company's Finance Director. Rod trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 
London and qualified in 1983 as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

He returned to his native Devon in 1984 to work with Price Waterhouse Coopers
(as manager of their then new Plymouth Office).  From 1988 until 1991 he was a
partner with a West Country based 12 partner Chartered Accountancy practice.
Rod set up Channon & Co, a general practice Chartered Accountancy firm based in
Newton Abbot in 1991.

Rod, who is 48 years old, has been closely associated with the leasing industry
for over 10 years as auditor and consultant to a variety of asset finance
companies.

Mr  Channon replaces James Benson, who has been part-time Finance Director since
April  2006.  The Board would like to thank James for his valuable  contribution
during this period and wishes him every success in the future.

Mr. Channon is also a Partner of Channon & Co.

Mr. Channon has confirmed that there are no further disclosures required under
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Stephen  Grey  has  resigned as Non Executive Director to concentrate  on  other
business  interests.  The  Board would like to thank Stephen  for  his  valuable
contribution to the Company and wish him every success in the future.
