DRINGS OF BATH PLC - GRANT OF SHARE OPTION

Drings of Bath PLC announces that it has today granted an option over 959,375
Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in Drings of Bath PLC at an exercise price
of 3p to Peter Burridge, a non-executive director of the Company.

Options granted under this scheme may be exercised during the four years
following the expiration of a period of three years from the date of grant of
the option.

The option granted above if exercised, represents 1.25% of the current issued
Ordinary Share Capital.  In addition to the above, Mr Burridge s wife, Mrs
Isabelle Burridge has a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, which represents 0.4% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
