The Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Board"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, has been advised that all Directors have acquired, on 2 January 2013, additional ordinary 1p shares in the Company at GBP1.45 per share as detailed below:
