                          10 Group Plc (the "Company")

                    Results of Extraordinary General Meeting



The Company announces that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today were duly passed.

As a result, the Company's acquisition of Oakburn Import/Export Limited has
become unconditional in all respects save for the re-admission of the Enlarged
Issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company to trading on AIM.  The Company has
applied to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 145,946,204 Ordinary
Shares and 40,732,068 warrants to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on2 April 2004.

Furthermore, with effect from re-admission, the Proposed Directors will join the
board. They are Alan Wilson, who will become Managing Director, and Michael
Daniels who will become Finance Director.

The Company will also change its name to Ashdene Group Plc with effect from 2
April 2004.
