NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER

Sovereign Metals Limited (ASX:SVM; AIM:SVML) (Sovereign or the Company) advises that it was today notified via the filing of a Form 604 with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that Sprott Inc. and each of its controlled bodies (Sprott) provided a notice of change of interests of substantial holder (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001) of the Company as of 10 May 2022, having increased its shareholding in the Company from 43,138,641 ordinary shares, representing 10.41% of the Company's issued share capital, to 54,839,880 ordinary shares, representing 11.84% of the Company's issued share capital, via on market purchases and disposals, and changes in account status or transfers.

The Form 604 records that Sprott disposed of 1,781,596 shares for an average price of A$0.393 per share between 6 May 2021 and 31 May 2022, it acquired 10,865,192 shares for an average price of A$0.397 per share between 3 May 2021 and 25 May 2022, and gained control of the voting of 2,628,355 securities as a result of change in account status or transfers.
