Notification of Interest in Shares


The Company was notified on 11 October 2004, that Starvest Plc had acquired
an interest of 4,500,000 Ordinary shares in the share capital of Gippsland
Limited. This shareholding has been acquired from Starvest Plc's wholly owned
subsidiary, The Web Shareshop Limited.

This means that Starvest Plc now have a holding which amounts to an interest of
3.225% of the issued share capital of Gippsland Limited.

This information falls to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM
Rules.
