("Safestay", the "Company" or the "Group")
Grant of Options
Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of a new brand of
contemporary hostels, announces that on 2 January 2020 it granted
awards of options over a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's
existing share option scheme (the "Options") to four Directors or
persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
The Options are exercisable at 33 pence per share after a period
of three years from the date of grant and can only be exercised if
the share price is at or above 50 pence per share.
