Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited and its Investment Adviser, The Family (Music) Limited, are pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) ("J.P. Morgan Cazenove") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.

J.P. Morgan Cazenove will act alongside N+1 Singer.
