Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, was notified on 17 August 2017 that Christopher Mark Carter, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, sold 22,190 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 462 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 August 2017, as detailed below.
