Re-Admission to Trading on AIM and TVR
and Notification of Results
Further to the Company's announcement on 1 May 2020, Savannah
confirms that 996,408,412 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") will be re-admitted to
trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 18 May 2020.
Total voting rights
The Company has 996,408,412 Ordinary Shares in issue and there
are no shares held in Treasury. This figure is therefore the total
number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by
Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Rules and the Transparency Rules.
2019 Annual Results publication
The Company plans to publish its 2019 Annual Results on
Wednesday, 24 June 2020.
