                             Annual General Meeting

Reed Health Group announces that all resolutions, as detailed in the Notice of 
Meeting in the Annual Report, were passed at the Company's Annual General
Meeting  held today at 11.00 am.

The Company confirms that, as announced on 27 October 2004, Lord Tom Sawyer did
not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting and has stood down from the
Board. As also announced on 27 October, Derek Beal has been appointed as a
Non-Executive Director in place of Lord Tom Sawyer.
