                             Grant of Share Options

Reed Health Group plc has granted share options to its Chief Executive, Trevor
Goul-Wheeker. Mr Goul-Wheeker was granted the option to acquire 235,294 ordinary
shares of 2.0p at an exercise price of 42.5p per share under the Company's
Enterprise Management Incentive Plan, and 350,000 ordinary shares of 2.0p at an
exercise price of 44.0p per share under the Unapproved Share Option Plan. 25% of
the options under both schemes will become exercisable each year for four years
from the third anniversary of the date of grant. Options lapse if not exercised
within 12 months.
