                 Appointment of Interim Group Finance Director

Reed Health Group plc, a provider of staffing services in the Health, Social
Care and Education sectors, is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of
Atholl Craigmyle, as interim Group Finance Director.  Mr Craigmyle has not been
appointed to the Board of Reed Health Group plc.

This interim appointment follows the resignation of Mark Garratt as Group
Finance Director, announced on 17 March 2005.

Trevor Goul-Wheeker, Chief Executive, commented:

"Atholl has considerable experience of the recruitment market, most recently
within the healthcare sector, which will enable him to make an immediate
contribution to the business, until a permanent Group Finance Director is
appointed".
