                     ("Reed Health Group" or "the Company")

                                 Board Changes

Reed Health Group plc announces that David Fennell, the Company's former Chief
Executive, has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect
following a handover to Trevor Goul-Wheeker, who was appointed Chief Executive
on 7 December 2004.

Reed Health Group also announces that Mark Garratt, Group Finance Director, has
resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Garratt will be
leaving the Company once a detailed handover has taken place.

The Company will be appointing an Interim Group Finance Director until a
permanent Group Finance Director is appointed.

Trevor Goul-Wheeker, Chief Executive, said:

"On behalf of Reed Health Group, I would like to thank David for the
comprehensive handover he has provided, and his support in managing the smooth
transition of the Group's leadership. The Board would also like to recognise the
service David has given during his eight years with Locum Group and Reed Health
Group.

"I would also like to thank Mark for the contribution he has made to the
business, particularly in the integration of our front and back office systems,
since joining the Group in January 2003."

As indicated on 28 February, Reed Health Group will be announcing interim
results on 22 March 2005.
