                                 Trading Update

Reed Health, a provider of staffing services in the Health, Social Care and
Education sectors, is providing an update on trading ahead of its interim
results for the period ended 31 December 2004, which will be announced on
Tuesday 22 March 2005.

As a consequence of continuing difficult trading conditions in a number of the
Group's operations it is anticipated that the results for the year ending 30
June 2005 will be significantly below current market expectations. A further
update will be provided at the time the interim results are announced.
