                  NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING 
 
On 17 November 2010, Mike Tye, an Executive Director, purchased 2,500 Ordinary 
shares of 0.04786p each in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP0.5868 
per share and 37,500 Ordinary shares at a price of GBP0.5810 per share.
