PREMIER RENEWABLE ENERGY FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE
The Company is pleased to provide an annual information update in accordance
with the requirements of the Prospectus Rule 5.2. This update refers to
information about the Company that has been published or made available to the
public from 4 February 2008 to 14 April 2009. To avoid an unnecessarily lengthy
