    Transaction in Own Securities   

    The Company announces that on 16 May 2008 it sold out of treasury an aggregate of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.95 per
share.

    Following the above sale the Company now has 880,481 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 12,235,471 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding
those held in treasury).
