The Company was informed today by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited that they
sold 900,000 Ordinary shares on 29 August 2001, on behalf of Jove Investment
Trust Plc.



Jove Investment Trust Plc now holds 2,100,000 Ordinary shares, representing
10.79% of the issued class of capital (previously 15.42%).



Also on 30 August 2001, Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited purchased 900,000
Ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary funds under management.



The total number of shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and its
associated companies remains 3,000,000 Ordinary shares, representing 15.42% of
the issued class of capital.
