The change in percentage voting rights
13. Additional information: is due to Permal Investment Holdings
NV (PIH) selling 50,000 shares, which
caused PIH's ownership to decrease
from 10.02% (representing a holding
of 9,446,072 shares) to 9.97% (representing
a holding of 9,396,072 shares).
In addition, Japan Omnibus Ltd, of
which Permal Japan Holdings NV (PJH)
is the sole beneficial owner, sold
50,000 shares on 9 April 2014 causing
PJH's ownership to decrease from 6.63%
(representing a holding of 6,196,835
shares). This sale did not trigger
a filing.
Permal Investment Management Services
Limited (PIMS) holds the voting rights
under proxy contained in the investment
management agreements with PIH and
PJH, and sub delegates investment
management to Permal Asset Management
LLC (PAM), which also holds the voting
rights under proxy as a result.
As a result, collectively, PIMS and
PAM's total percentage voting rights
decreased from 16.65% (representing
a holding of 15,692,907 shares) to
16.54% (representing a holding of
15,592,907 shares).
