The Board of Peterhead announces that it has received a conditional offer for
100% of the share capital of Birchwood Mechanical Sales Limited and Birchwood
Mechanical Services Limited, (together the "Birchwood Group").  The Board has
also received expressions of interest in the Birchwood Group from other third
parties and will be considering both the conditional offer and the other
expressions of interest and will keep shareholders informed of developments.
