today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 month
period to 31 July 2006, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting of
the Company to be held on 19 February 2007 at 9.00am at the offices of Walker
Morris, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL.

Copies of these documents will be made available to the public for one month,
free of charge, at the Company's head office, Holtby Manor, Stamford Bridge
Road, York, YO19 5LL.
