In accordance with the prospectus dated 12 February 2002, and Supplementary
Listing Particulars dated 10 December 2002, a further 31,000 shares were
allotted today, 9 January 2003, in respect of the 2002/3 tax year.  Further
allotments in respect of the 2002/3 tax year will be made as and when
appropriate.
