The Offer for Subscription has been extended until further notice.  In
accordance with the prospectus dated 12 February 2002, shares will be allotted
on 2 May 2002 in respect of the 2002/3 tax year.  Further allotments in respect
of the 2002/3 tax year will be made as and when appropriate.
