                           Results of Special Meeting


CardioMag Imaging, Inc. (the "Company") announces that at the Special Meeting on
Friday 20 July 2007 shareholders approved the cancellation of Admission of the
Company's shares to trading on AIM, the amendment of the Company's Certificate
of Incorporation and By-Laws to remove certain restrictive provisions, and to
effect a reverse stock split of all shares of the Company's common stock
pursuant to which twenty shares of the Company's common stock would be combined
into one share of its common stock.


The per cent of votes cast for the resolutions were as follows:

Proposal 1 - To approve cancellation of admission of the company's shares to
trading on the alternative investment market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange

For                                                                        98%

Proposal 2 - To approve amendments to our certificate of incorporation and by-
laws to remove certain provisions and to effect a 20-to-1 reverse stock of all
shares of the company's common stock

For                                                                        96%


The last day of trading of CardioMag Imaging Shares on AIM is anticipated to be
3 August 2007. Once the Admission to trading on AIM has been cancelled the
Company will commence the stock split. The Company will advise shareholders at a
later time as to when the new share certificates will be distributed.
